- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Not a good experience, came away feeling that the bank does not care about its customers, only went to pay in a cheque and was informed by the person serving at a desk that the bank gives us free banking so we should be grateful! The queue of people waiting were not amused! I was informed that the one cashier position that was serving would be all we could expect in the future. This used to be a friendly bank to do business with and after staying with them for fifty five years feel it is now time to move on! The fact that the automated machine was not working for this facility made everything worse and the queue longer. The on line banking system we are being told that we should use of course crashed out for over five hours the next day, leaving chaos!By Admin, May 28, 2018
